On June 26, Chairperson Qi Liling of the Spain-based Shuangli Foundation led a delegation from the Spanish Chamber of Commerce to visit Zuowei Technology for exchange and inspection. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including the development of the intelligent care robotics industry and China-Europe market cooperation opportunities, with the goal of facilitating the deployment of Chinese intelligent care robotics technologies in the European market.
The delegation toured the intelligent care demonstration showroom, where they gained a detailed understanding of the company’s development history, corporate vision, and innovative achievements in the field of intelligent care robotics. These include: the portable bed bathing machine, which breaks spatial constraints and allows users with limited mobility to enjoy a convenient and comfortable bathing experience without being transferred; the brain-computer interface (BCI) AI walking robot, which integrates cutting-edge BCI technology – through non-invasive EEG signal acquisition and intelligent analysis, it accurately recognises movement intentions and converts them into robotic action commands in real time, assisting users in professional rehabilitation training; the pure titanium smart “Dingdang Cup”, which combines a smart insulated cup with a pillbox function, using human-centric design to support daily drinking health; and the intelligent rehabilitation massage robot, which incorporates precise acupoint positioning and intelligent force regulation to deliver personalised physiotherapy plans tailored to different body types and needs, effectively relieving muscle fatigue and improving physical function.
During the symposium, Dr. Yao Ping, CEO of Zuowei Technology, gave a comprehensive presentation on the company’s overall development profile and history, with a special focus on its cutting-edge technological achievements and next-generation smart products in the rehabilitation care robotics sector. Leveraging core products such as humanoid care robots, intelligent care devices, and the AI+ smart elderly care health management platform, Zuowei Technology continues to lead in smart care for the silver economy. The company possesses the full capability to deliver integrated hardware-software solutions for all scenarios to the EU market. It hopes to take this opportunity, with the support of the Shuangli Group’s deep channel resources and industry influence in Spain and Europe, to accelerate the localisation of Zuowei’s smart care products in EU countries, so that China’s intelligent health technologies can benefit more European families.
Chairperson Qi Liling provided a detailed introduction to the industrial layout of the Shuangli Group in Spain, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with Zuowei Technology on topics such as European medical device market access standards, product certification processes, and localisation operation strategies. Founded in Barcelona in 1992, the Group ranks among the top ten Spanish commercial service institutions for China, with business operations spanning four major sectors: healthcare, real estate asset management, legal services, and international trade. Its subsidiary, Aleu Medical, holds full import/export qualifications for all categories of medical devices, with a cooperation network covering more than 22,000 pharmacies and over 300 medical institutions in Spain, and sales channels extending across Europe – providing robust market distribution and access resources. She proposed that the two sides could join forces, leveraging the Shuangli Group’s channel network and market resources in Spain and Europe, combined with Zuowei Technology’s technical strengths in intelligent care robotics, to jointly promote the rapid deployment of smart care devices in Spain and other EU member states.
Through this visit and exchange, the two parties reached preliminary consensus on product localisation access, channel distribution, and joint project operation. They plan to work together to deeply cultivate the elderly care and health market in Spain and the EU, bringing China’s intelligent health technologies into thousands of European households. Looking forward, Zuowei Technology will continue to uphold independent technological innovation, seize the opportunities of China-Spain economic and trade cooperation, and rely on high-quality overseas partners to steadily advance the global expansion of care robotics. The company will keep exploring the global silver-economy market, setting a new benchmark for China-EU smart elderly care industry collaboration.
